Reports

What is a report?
A OneStop Reporting Report is basically just an Excel workbook. This workbook is attached to an underlying Report Definition file which defines the report, but is "invisible" to the user. The Report Definition is predefined and cannot be changed.
How do I start a report?
You can start a report either by choosing the report in your Windows Start Menu under OneStop Reporting, or you can just open the report's Excel workbook from anywhere on your computer.
Can I customize a report?
Most formatting options like font, colors, currency formats, graphs etc. can be customized in the report. You can add your own company logo and colors etc. However, most reports do not allow you to change the layout by adding or moving rows and columns in the data area. You can however, add your own data after the data area or in other sheets.
Why is the Excel workbook read-only?
This is to prevent you from accidently modifying the original workbook. If you want to change the layout or formatting of your workbook, you should use the "Save As" function in Microsoft Excel.
